Hominy with Bacon, Onion, and Shrimp
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 cn hominy, drained
- 1/4 C onion, small chop
- 3 strips bacon, chopped
- 1 T butter
- 10 lg shrimp, shelled
- 1 T Old Bay Seasoning
Instructions
- Saute the bacon and onion in butter until done. Add in the hominy and continue cooking until the hominy softens. Season to taste.
- In the meantime, dust the shrimp with seasoning and grill.
- Plate the hominy, top with the shrimp, and serve.
