Hominy with Bacon, Onion, and Shrimp

Instructions

  1. Saute the bacon and onion in butter until done. Add in the hominy and continue cooking until the hominy softens. Season to taste.
  2. In the meantime, dust the shrimp with seasoning and grill.
  3. Plate the hominy, top with the shrimp, and serve.
